On November 8, 2021, the Wayne Shrine Club President Matt Wiggins and our Sudan Recorder George Raecher made Shriners International Service Award presentations to Nobles David Mercer and Raymond Batts. Noble Mercer received his 25-Year Award and Noble Batts received his 50-Year Award as well as letters congratulating them for their achievements from our Potentate, Ill. Sir Coble Wilson III and the Shriners International, Imperial Potentate Bill Bailey. These two were unable to attend the regular meeting for presentation due to health reasons.
