Noble Jackie Blanchard was honored to present the Choo Choo jacket of deceased Honorable Noble Richard Watkins to our newest Wilmington Shrine Club Shriner and Choo Choo member Noble Paul Johnson. Donated by Richard’s daughter Charlotte Zurcher and her husband Steve.
