2nd Annual Joint Masonic Awards Program & Presentations
The Wallace Masonic Lodge #279 and the Duplin County Shrine Club conducted their 2nd Annual Joint Service Awards programs on July 22, 2024 at the Duplin County Shrine Club. The turnout from both masonic bodies was extremely impressive with over 65 people at the event. A fantastic dinner was provided, and outstanding Masonic fellowship enjoyed by all in attendance.
Following the social and dinner, Noble Mike Rivenbark introduced this year’s recipient, Brother William “Frank” Kennedy who was first presented with the 25-Year Certificate on behalf of the North Carolina Grand Lodge by Brother Mike Rivenbark. The second presentation, the Shriners International 25-Year Service Award was presented by Sudan’s Potentate, Illustrious Sir Randy Simpson. A full contingent of the local masonic lodge membership and our Divan and local Duplin County Shriners should be something all our clubs should consider planning to help our membership issues at hand.
